NEW THIS FALL

Change is in the Air

Change is not merely necessary to life - it is life.  Alvin Toffler

It is that time of year - fall harvests, colourful leaves, crisp morning air.  We have some of our own changes we'd like to tell you about.

Karin and Ryan Sterling, Massage Therapists, have joined Skye Physiotherapy.  By working together and collaborating in the same space we hope to provide excellent care for our clients needing Physio, Massage or both.  We would also like to welcome Stjepan ("Steven") Prtenjaca, an experienced Physiotherapist with advanced training in ortho, sports, and dry needling.

We are pleased to offer expanded hours, including evenings and Saturdays.  In addition, we continue to offer individual and group Pilates.

As the end of the year approaches, many of our clients look to optimize their health benefits and schedules fill quickly. If you are motivated to improve your health, manage your pain, or get moving better, please don't hesitate to call.

Back to school means lugging backpacks and spending countless hours in front of a computer screen. Parents and teachers alike should be monitoring their children’s habits and correcting any issues that they see to help avoid injuries.

Read this month’s feature article for some great tips in this regard.
