Our Crew

Ally has always been interested in working with people within the health and wellness
community. She explored multiple paths before she found her way to Massage Therapy. She has always been passionate about physical activity which lead her to fall in love with Yoga.

Ally graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science then attended Yoga
teacher training where she realized Massage Therapy was the perfect combination of her
passions. She is a 500+ hour certified Yoga teacher with a specialization in prenatal Yoga.

Ally graduated from the Fanshawe College Massage Therapy program in 2020 and is excited to start her career at Skye Health. Ally combines her Yoga and Massage Therapy knowledge to provide a well rounded treatment and is so excited to work with you!
