Greetings

Growing and Thriving at SKYE HEALTH.

  HERE FOR YOU

(Shannen at the "finish line" Forest City Road Races virtual 10K for the Skye Health Crew)

It was a challenging COVID winter and we stayed grounded through setting goals, giving back to our community, and welcoming new additions to our Skye Health crew (baby Jack Petts - with the ultimate cheeks and physio pedigree, and Ally Austin our new RMT).

We are so happy to have stayed open and safe while doing what we love - helping you move better, feel better and thrive!

We are open for in-person, at-home, and telehealth virtual care. Read on for more updates.

Golf Performance Physio

Courses have re-opened and our golfers are back in the swing of things!  Golf is a demanding sport and requires complete body cohesiveness and complicated biomechanics both of which can be upset with injury, movement restrictions, or imbalances.  James Petts, our Titleist Performance Institute Certified - Medical Level 2 Physiotherapist, is here to help you enjoy a pain-free season and optimize your game!

Need a Massage?

More evening and weekend appointments available!

We are so happy to welcome Ally Austin RMT to our Skye Health crew!  Everyone can benefit from the profound benefits of therapeutic massage - Ally & Lyndsay are the best!

Massage alleviates stress and tension, eases muscle soreness and pain, boosts immunity, improves sleep, increases circulation, and induces relaxation through a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure.  Amazing!

Ally is now taking new patients Thursdays and Saturdays. Book online or contact us to register.
